So close, yet so far – ST:Bridge Crew delayed

Yet another delay hits the bridge of the USS Enterprise.

Last June, Ubisoft announced Star Trek: Bridge Crew, a virtual reality game . Originally to launch on November 29,  the release was pushed back to March 14, 2017 last October.

Now, Ubisoft has revealed that the VR adventure at the final frontier has been delayed again. The new launch date is now set for May 30.

The wait may be worth it for Trekkies. Ubisoft has revealed that in addition to the starship Aegis, players will also have the option to serve aboard the original version of the USS Enterprise (NCC-1701).

The USS Enterprise will be available in the game’s Ongoing Voyages mode, consisting of procedurally generated solo and co-op missions.
